Although its been lots of fun working on her and getting it road worthy, but I unfortunately got to move on.
Reason for sale: Need something more Modern and reliable and practical, I'd get a more modern car and keep the TS if I could, but got no room (we already got 8 cars).
The car has 3 months rego. No RWC since its not needed in SA.
Not many passats around these days, and hardly any TS.
The good: Surprisingly very straight body, very limited rust, rear disk brake upgrade to a Mk3, front disk brake upgrade to a early 80's Audi 80 so rest assured it stops good. Starts and runs and drives, most electrics work, Sun Roof, New tyres and baked enamel steelies, Really good condition original TS steering wheel.
The bad: Exhaust is too loud for my liking so a new system would be preferable, Could do with a tune up, Needs paint job, interior is a bit rough but is complete.
Got all the new chrome pieces too make it look shiny, complete interior, Got everything to make the car complete, Also got a boot lid with ZERO rust, Spare fenders, and MORE.
Price: $1800
Want it gone, got everything to make it perfecto.
