  • VIC 1991 B3 Passat Wagon.

    For Sale

one of only four B3 wagons officially imported to Australia!

    9A 16v 2.0l Auto.

Nice clean body and interior. A few minor dints and scratches, a couple of very small rust patches, what you'd expect on a 20 year old car. 207,578 K's showing on the clock this may or may not be correct.
Mechanically pretty good, I've replaced both fuel pumps and fuel filter ( all Bosch parts) O2 sensor, new discs + pads all round, front struts, front end bushes, new tyres less than 2000k's plus the usual service items.

The bad is the auto needs attention. **** The Trans has now finally failed.******

Great daily driver or look awesome with a set of rims and dumped.

Price drop, due to trans fail. $1500. no reg or RWC ( wouldn't need much ) Rims and tyres not inc in sale, I will inc. 5 x 14" GTI steelies,

    Steve 0400 846 193

*number plates not included (they're for sale )

ultimately a manual conversion on this car would be ideal, and make it a great car. the manual version had a cable change box, a hydraulic clutch. I had toyed with the idea of importing the parts to do covert it myself, but, I just don't have the time to do that.
It does look good, even no dubbers have said its a good looking car!

Lucky to get 4 of these 16Vs. I had a manual one in the UK, proper useful vehicle. I had a GT G60 Syncro too, I really miss the noise that made.

think its drive-able. it was at DOVW and left without me seeing it on a trailer.
                    awesome buy.

                      Hi,
it drives, we've been driving it as it is for a while now, hard shifts from first to second, I just back off the throttle a bit, and has lost drive in fourth, so I leave it in third. It's actually not that bad, wouldn't want to do an inter state trip though!
                      cheers,

still got it, the trans finally failed, I've got a B4 vr6 manual here that I was going to do a engine swap or at least a manual conversion, still need to find a 02A for a 4 cylinder as the VR bell housing on the g-box is different ( as I now know).

If your interested shoot me a message I'll give you my contact number.
                          Cheers,
                          Steve

The Mark 3 Golf 4cyl auto trans should fit the B3 wagon easy. Can u get one of these?

What kind of B4 VR6 Manual you got? Whats wrong with it (for sale?)
                              Cheers
