Does Marty still have his 2-door green VR6?

Hey guys, I'm the current owner of the green 2 door vr. I bought it off marty last october.
The car is a conversion (vr components in the cl shell), very nicely done by matt at camden gti.
It now has a nice set of coilovers along with a few other handling upgrades, nice sound system and fresh tires.
May be interested in selling for the right price

        cheers, angus

I think Matt @ Camden GTI has a white 2 doors VR6 for sale.
Why are you so fuzzy about Green.

Ive got a 1996 dragon green one thats relatively tidy. From memory I think its actually an MY07 but id need to check.
The car has done 200,000kms but I purchased it with a blown engine and put in a nice engine I had already with 80,000kms on it. At the same time I refreshed the timing chains and clutch. I have since put around 10,000kms on it and it hasnt used a drop of oil.

              Whats wrong with it.
Power steering is a bit whiney
there are a couple of small defects in the clear coat on the bonnet and 1 on the roof.
Roof lining is still tidy but starting to droop in a little section so will need to be sorted out in the future.
I was backed into recently which damaged one of the fenders so I replaced them with square indicator version which I prefer. so both fenders have been resprayed along with the front bumper which only had a small scratch and the mirror caps which had the clear coat peeling.

              Whats right with it.
              Bilstein PSS9 Coilovers
              Neuspeed rear swaybar
              Dieselgeek short shifter
SSR Competition 16x7.5" forged alloy wheels which are super light.
Jetex 2.5" Cat back stainless exhaust system and modified airbox so it sounds quite nice at WOT but has virtually zero drone and isnt too loud.
              Audi S3 312mm brakes
              Cloth Interior in great condition.

Heres an old pic of the car before the fenders were replaced. It scrubs up ok but it is a 15 year old car. I havent really thought about selling it but if someone was to offer me too much I might consider it.

not quite yet, id like to see all my choices, seeing as im paying alot more than what vr6's are selling for.
                  keep em coming people !!
oh and i forgot to mention i prefer a 4door over a 2door (prac. reasons). but it looks like Angus's vr is the 1 2door id go for, unless a original 1 came up.

                      My old one was Blue
The shell was pretty knackered though so she donated a lot of her parts to the green machine.
