Mate I know you had a flogging at the other place, so I hope you do better here.

I really wish you all the best with your sale. Thing is if you check carsales, there's a plethora of 103kw TDI's around the $20k mark. Now I realise you figure 40k is low mileage, but for a diesel, that's barely run in. At 100kms the bore is probably finally starting to wear, it's very different to a petrol car.

Anyhoo, you always get more money from a stock low mileage car, as the more typical driver wants that, and mods tend to scare most people off. Youngin's like yourself are different, but when 125kw GT TDI's are now going from low $20k, well you've priced yourself pretty steeply. My GT has indeed done 80k, but so too it only owes $20k, and I'd be suprised even totaly rebuilt back to stock it would get much over that in the current market.

Just saying.....I think to sell her you might want to consider selling off the mods seperate, and returning it to stock and be quite flexible.....but heck, if you can pull it off I'll get you to sell my stuff from now on!

Oh and please don't sell the GTI cat back to a new owner, it's identical to the GTI, down to the part number !
