I don't know what or where regency is but it has been registered before. I doubt it would drive very well with no fuel pump or brakes. You're welcome to start at the top of a big hill and try for the best.

No probs loon, will have to borrow a camera with a flash, my phone doesnt have one.
Pick up is in Altona 3018

To get it roadworthy, fix brake line, replace lift pump, replace/repair coolant cross over pipe.

To get it registered depends if you want to get it engineered or not. Could possibly be done without.
