  • NSW EOI - DUB551 mk2 Gti 1.8t 20v

    Well I am thinking of a change... Which results I'm me possibly having to let's my beloved go... I will get pics up this weekend if people are interested. This car is truly a one off in Australia.

    Specs;

    1.8t agu 20v on qpeng management with a high mount gt28rs and tial 38mm gate. It's put down 185 kw at the wheels at a dyno day and I have the read outs.

    Mk3 02a gear box with a button clutch

    Exterior;

    4 door 1990 Gti fwd
    Alpine white with big bumpers
    Racing dynamic 15x7 with federal semi slicks (new)
    Single wiper

    Interior:

    Mk3 recaros and mk3 vr6 rear seats
    Mk3 dash board
    Re trimmed Doors
    Pioneer head deck and infinity speakers

    Suspension and brakes:

    Bilstien shocks with wietec 30mm springs
    Wilwood calipers with 280 mm front discs
    New rear calipers and slotted discs

    This is not a slow car ..

    I'm after 10k no less no more. That's firm will not sell for less as it's not worth it. The people who have seen it know it's a very clean car

    There are heaps more extras but I'll go into that with potential buyers

            I'm guessing its got all the paperwork, engineers cert etc to be rego'd in other states?

              I have all the paper work from the RTA (engine change number etc etc) and all the reciepts for everything ever bought! massive file. *it does not have an engineers cert as I have not got around to it. It is essentially a 1.8t in a 1.8 so I never get asked for it. Happy to organise at buyers cost though.

                As much as it pains me to the bone to see this thread....

                I have to vouch for every aspect of this car.

                Tom has spared NO expense on this machine and it has hundreds of man hours in the engine bay alone.

                I have spent hours on this car with Tom and have seen it evolve from a completely stock car into an absolute animal.

                For 10k you will not find a more comprehensively modified car of this type.

                The remark "This is not a slow car .." is a total understatement. Anyone who has seen it in action will agree. Over 200fwkw is not out of the question with some more tuning.

                      I've also been in this car and it is bull**** fast.

                      Tom's craftsmanship is excellent. Bang for buck is off the chart.
