Hi All,
I've spotted a new car and wanted to see if there was any interest on here for my current ride.

Details are:
1993 White Golf Clipper Convertible
159xxx km's
electric roof
upgraded stereo with separate amp (could do with a new head unit)
I'm the 2nd owner of this car (previous female owner) having bought it in 2005 with 135xxx km's on the clock, I'm not really a big car user so its just really been used for shop runs and weekend use (Mon - Fri i get the train into the city)
Bad points:
has slight bumper paint damage on the rear (cosmetic - could be fixed very easily) - will post pics
Slight "chip" from drivers side front arch (again easy fix)
small tear in the roof (bottom edge near the rear 3qrt window)
Good points
Very reliable - only issues have been a flat battery from under use (replaced a few months ago)
Recently serviced (oil, plugs, filters etc)
Just rego'ed (28/09/11)
very straight car
And.....just about to give the girl a major make-over so...comes with these parts not fitted:

So all the ingredients to make a very nice MK 1 Golf convertible, i'd be interested in people thoughts on the value of this etc
I think the car itself is worth about 4k + the parts
i'm open to offers around the 5K mark, i'm based in the inner west so PM me with questions or if you want to check it out!

- 16 x 7 alloys with superb Michelin rubber - lots of tread but these wheels do need a re-drill to fit (approx $40 per wheel)
- brand new Gas shocks front and rear
- lowered king springs
- brand new debadged grille (just arrived from the states)
- 2 x brand new cross hair headlamps (2 lamp)
- brand new eyebrow spoiler
