Well i spent 7 hours detailing the car yesterday,
Detail consisted of a full wash then Dodo juice Clay bar, Duragloss 601 polish bonding agent and finished with Duragloss 105 total performance polish.
Car now looks AMAZING!White Scirocco R

Any fresh pics? I'll get some of my own graphite Jetta once it looks different. One thing I'm considering is polishing (scrubbing) both the inpro mirror caps and the front chrome grille surround, to a silver rather than chrome finish.
Has anyone seen this done on a graphite Jetta?Bizi's Jetta TDI: Blue Graphite w. factory leather & tint, plus + Enkei Racing NT03+M + Yokohama S Drive 18s, Koni FSD, Neuspeed coils, GTI RSB + brakes, InPro mirrors, VW navi, Modshack. Come for a drive through the twisties on Saturdaze.

The chrome does annoy me a bit as it highlights every stone chip!
I'd really like to put a different grille in but the fiancee seems to love the chrome.

We have now decided that it is time for the Jetta to go as we need to update.
Odometer is now reading 67,000kms.
Car is now fitted with FK konigsport damper adjustable coilovers.
Considering offers around $18,000.

I would think it must be the naturally aspirated engine, this car has manual transmission and AFAIK, Australian delivered 147 Jettas were all DSG.Originally posted by Smead View Post
