Hi all, looking to sell my 1995 Seat Ibiza GTI
I have owned it for about a month, but have found the perfect car for me. Unfortunately, i can only have two cars, one of which is already a project car, and the ibiza was a daily. I would love to keep the car and repair the damage, as well as a VR6 conversion as these cars are quiet light and would take off with a VR6. Bought it with the intention of having a cheap daily, planned for the engine conversion, as well as a IBIZA KIT CAR (rally) body, as the arches are damaged. This would have made it the only VR6 powered KIT ibiza in aus, if not the world.
The car has FULL logbook service history. Originaly a ACT car, this ibiza made its way here in 1998, and has been serviced at the Audi service centre on Unly rd untill 100,000kms. Then AVW from 108k to 130,000. It is now up to 106,000 and is scheduled for the next service at 108k. The engine is in immaculate condition and goes well, other then the typical ibiza rocker slightly leaking.
The car comes with the Lenso 16' mags with good tread on the front but the rears would ned replacing soon.
The guy before me hit the car and damaged the drivers side guard and the door. I have bought a new fender and replaced it, but the door is a little rough, although still closes like new. In the accident, the rear arches were also lightly damaged. The drivers side would pop out, but the passengers would need a little more attention. Also the drivers side door lock has broken and car can only unlock from the passengers side. The central locking still works and unlocks all doors and the boot.
This would make the perfect candidate for a project kit car, or a reliable daily as it still has another 2 months rego until the 2/11/2010.
Looking for $3,000 but am negotiable, MAKE ME AN OFFER!!!
