Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

    VIC EOI - mk1 track day swap?? mk1 3 door?

    hi all,

    well with the arrival of the bubs 8 months ago I simply dont have time to get the car out to the track. Having said that, I still want a mk1 in the shed. Would be keen to look at swaping for a mk1 3 door road reg that I can put the bub's seat in the back. If anyone is interested please PM me

    Mate if it wasn't for the arrival of our bub I would be all over this. I can't believe no-one has replied yet, it looks like a well setup, complete track car and such a massive head start if you ever want to track a mk1. Good luck with the sale!

      I find in these situations some better expectation of what you want for the car will help you with the sales considerably. Good luck with the sale - and the kids!

        24 hours to go!! The boss says sell sell! Some one is going to get a bargin! I'm going to miss it but already looking forward to the next project.
