Which of these things are still working: ABS, power windows, aircon, heater.

Also when was the timing chain last done?

You obviously know these cars - ABS sensors have been disconnected as per any non-vw trained idiot would do, power windows - regulators replaced, aircon compressor works needs regassing due to removal of ancillary componenents for respray. Heater - bypassed. But hey this is pretty common for a car of this age (it is 15 years)

Also when was the timing chain last done?

Hmm not sure - had tappet cover off recently for replacement gasket, no sludging, little varnished but chain/sprockets looks in good order.

The car is not 100% hence not asking 100% of price that others are asking for a machine more cosmetically appealing with same milage.
