Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    VIC WTB: Mk5 3dr GTI DSG

    Hey All,

    Is anyone looking to sell a 3dr Mark V GTI soon?

    Must have the the following options/details
    - DSG
    - Sunroof
    - Not Red or Silver

    Anyway if your looking to sell, let me know the details! I'm in Melbourne.

      Possibly a little too far away as I'd have to add on flights/accommodation/freight costs etc, although I noticed that on Carsales the price has dropped further....Keep going at that rate and it might make it worth it

      (Others: I'm prepared to go to Syd to pick one up as I need to make a trip there anyway soon)

            Not modded (although an APR/REVO/etc flash I wouldn't mind). Budget depends on the options/year/kms, but ideally we'd like to have it on the road in vic for 30k or less

              Hi mate
              I do have all this plus sat nav leather,tint, rs4 wheels, and colour coded rear and side but no good for you -its silver and very soon for sale and mate red is even better -go check your eyes...its joke

                  I'll keep an eye out for when you do put it up for sale. The reason why I didn't want Silver is because (especially with the stock 17s) they haven't blown me away looks wise, but your welcome to prove me wrong with pics of yours
