eoi mk1 golf shell 16v

    NSW eoi mk1 golf shell 16v

    hey guys i have a mk1 2door golf shell that has a engineers report for a 16v motor and big wheels seats etc. the car was crashed into a tree at about walking pace when my brother was trying to do handbrake slides lol.
    the car is up for sale , it has no motor or gearbox. it can be bought with front gti brakes, glass bumpers etc for extra.
    i would be looking for around $300 for the bare shell with doors, hatch and dented bonnet. and all the paper work for the engineers report. or im willing to part it out.

        I have the bottom end of the engine, with the numbers that match the engineers report which I am prepared to sell for a couple of hundred bucks.

          what sort of 'big wheels' do you have for it ??

            can i just ask, why did it need to be 'engineered' for a 16V? is this a NSW RTA thing about all engine swaps?

              any engine code that was not in the car at the time of adr compliance needs to be engineered in nsw.

                this car is not really any good to ppl from out of state just for the guys in nsw, and i think its engineered for 16x7" wheels or something like that.

                      yeah i can get some pics up soon , ive been a bit busy and haven't check in the forsales for a while. but i do check my pm's . the car has no front a-arms or front brakes atm.

                            Its Actually classed as a 3dr .. has a tailgate which is defined as the 3rd door/opening... Hence 5dr for the 4 door & hatch....
                            Thought i would clear that up..... Cheer G..(mk1 Super Nut)
                            Note Looks like a pretty tidy shell.......a lil work needed on the front but its nice...
