Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

The new forum software is an upgraded version of what came before, it's mostly the same but also a little different. Hopefully easier to use and more stable than before. We are learning together here, so please be patient. If you have questions, please post them here. If you have worked something out and can provide an answer,

yeah did see that one but out of state (well maybe byron) kinda makes it not viable. i am not super desperate.. but i do want one.

...well i would have one if i wasnt forced to sell my last one by the real estate agents.... quite annoying.. anyway.

How can realestate agents force you to sell a car? Unless it was a shell sitting in the yard or something?

Unfortunately, mk1 golfs arent as common up here as they are in the southern states.

i lived in paddington, and the agents are wankers. high set colonial, had like 3 cars under it (like not in the drive, under) for a while.

there were "too many old cars". it sorta seemed like the right thing to do at the time (sell).

ive owned a few over a span of quite a few years, im aware theyre rare
