Audi Australia has celebrated the 2010 Dealer of the Year Awards at a special event held in the country’s Red Centre.
Held as part of the annual Audi Dealer Conference, the Awards are a chance to celebrate the efforts of the entire dealer network and acknowledge those who have exhibited outstanding performance.
Now in its fourth year, the Audi Mark of Excellence Awards recognise achievement and commitment to excellence in dealership performance across all areas of business, a cornerstone of the brand’s success and continued strong growth in Australia.
Presented at a special ‘Sounds of Silence’ dinner in the Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park, with the magnificent Uluru as the backdrop, Audi Centre Canberra dealer principal, Richard Rolfe, once again accepted the award for Metropolitan Dealer of the Year – the fourth consecutive year Rolfe and his team have won the prestigious award.
The Provincial Dealer of the Year also saw a return victor, with Jason Collins’ Audi Centre Townsville making it two years straight for their tremendous performance.
Speaking at the award dinner, Audi Australia managing director, Uwe Hagen praised the efforts of all those involved in continuing to reinforce the brand’s reputation for the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction.
“Audi’s reputation for excellence exists because of the whole experience,” he said. “It is a brand which delivers across the board, backing its outstanding product with the very best sales and aftersales service available.”
“The continued growth of Audi in Australia, not only in sales but in its standing as a leading premium brand, is due in no small part to the dedication and professionalism of the Audi dealer network.”
