Are these legal, suspect not, guys in the US seem to like them. Want to upgrade headlights after driving wife's V40 with xenons, have recently replaced both H7 bulbs but still not impressed.

Hi guys, I have decided I will be working on a project to retrofit factory Bi Xenon's to my B6 Passat.

I have purchased the factory Bi Xenon housings for this project, these did not come with Ballasts. I splurged on new housings to ensure the light cut off etc will be acceptable (no blinding)....

I have a few parts from my VW Polo 77 TSI Comfortline that I'm selling, most in good to excellent condition. My garage is still filling up with car parts so I really need to start selling these things (or I really have to stop buying...XD)
