I'm a Golf Wagon owner, MY 2011, and surprisingly am very happy with the car. This despite 3 issues, all rectified by VGA at no cost to me. Heard about you after the last incident, a failed Mechatron in mid July.

A bit of history first......

My T5 has always been serviced at the dealership where it was purchased. Castrol oil was always used, as this is what VW recommended.
Dealership was sold last year. The group that now owns it also has the local Holden, Nissan and Suzuki dealerships....

Has anyone experienced alignment issues with this model Polo, i.e. I have a protracted issue with VGA over the misaligned sub-frame(?), in that since delivery the vehicle has 'towed', tracked' or 'pulled' to left and despite some efforts by VGA technical staff ... the condition persists; though moderated...
