Im guessing its common across the VW range.. but once warmed up my T5’s (2.5 TDI 128kw) temperature gauge never moves! Its always exactly 90 degree’s! The ambient temperature could be below freezing or 50 degrees C fully loaded driving up a mountain and the gauge wouldnt fluctuate 1mm!
