Was driving on a long route and the solid engine light came on. Checked with my basic code reader got a code
P0401 – 000- Insufficient Flow – Intermittent on the EGR system.
Cleared the code and the code did not return
Several weeks later on another...
2 results in 0.0066 seconds.

2008 Tiguan Turbo Actuator
Hi Guys,
My Dad has a 2008 Tiguan TDI which currently goes into limp mode, when the hot plug light comes on.
Taking into the local mechanic, they have suggested to replace the turbo. A cost of over $2000 AUD. Doing some research it appears to potentially be the turbo actuator....Last edited by freemchr; 19-04-2021, 09:59 AM.
