I have read all the posts i could fin, but actually never seen someone fitting a tow bar on a Polo GTI 2015 (Australia).

• VW does not make a genuine one
• Westfalia makes one that "should fit"
• Hayman Reese make one but cannot guarantee it will fit

I've been an avid reader here for a while, getting up to speed on the Tiguan. I've been looking at the 130TDI with the R-Line pack (love driving my wife's 103TDI Golf). The only thing that's putting me off a bit is that VW won't fit a tow bar to the R-Line or a Tiguan with the R-Line...

I have for sale a tow bar to fit a VW Bora or MK4 Golf wagon.
Its only been used three times but due to selling the Bora its no longer needed.
Its the whole thing all the bolts framework that replaces the rear bumper bar the tow ball and the wiring to go with it.

I cannot understand why the standard Fabia wagon can have a tow bar but the vRS cannot. I only want the thing to fit my bike rack to.
Does anybody know why the car is not rated for a bar?
