My brother-in-law recently picked up he's 162 R-line (copied me) and took it straight to Liquid R for interior and external ceramic coating.

Looks pretty under their lights.

Cost him $1500 for interior / exterior and tinted windows.

called Rob from CarTint in Melbourne, he suggested the GTI potentially not need tinting as it has "heat insulating tinted glass" already as standard on GTI.
However, does anyone know any details on the efficacy to block UVA/UVB/heat insulation,...

My 162 TSI Highline is coming in a few weeks and I can't wait.

However, I can't work out if the rear windows are tinted or not?

The reviews says it does but IIRC, the demo didn't have tinted rear windows.

I'm after a drivers side clear (non tinted) window glass for a golf mk1. I remember there being a complete 2 door sets in both Mel and Syd in the last year but can't find the threads.
