USB powers down after a minute

Hi,

I'm finding the front single USB port under the aircon seems to power down after a minute.
There seems to be no setting on the dash to change this.
Tried a series of gear iphone/ipad and dashcam(viofo A119) does the same thing, note the ignition is on and the mentioned...
