Can someone please help me to locate some information on how to remove front interior trims to run cables from head unit to A-pillars on 2013 VW CC?

Also please help with removing of the A-pillar. I googled and it says there is a Tork behind the airbag plastic tab but...

So far our dealer has declined to rplace the tab under warranty but has offered no explanation. We know of no specific action on our part that would have caused this. They want $150. Does anybody have any recent experience of this? I am considering taking it to consumer affairs.

I,m in the process of changing my timing belt, water pump and tensioner. I finally managed to stretch the belt over the tensioner, but am unsure on how to tension the belt, there is a big black nut under the bolt, and a tab which is spring loaded. when you push this tab it tightens against the belt,...
