Came to find this forum whilst battling VW about my 09 118TSI golf. Was diagnosed with a cracked piston in cyl number 1, and stretched timing chain.

In July 2015, I had my Golf repaired due to stretched timing chain. It was a VW "pro rata" repair, meaning they covered 60% labour, and 100% of the parts.

Now, exactly two years and 25000km, the EML came on, and the code "Incorrect Correlation P0016/628" error apparently...

For those of us that run stretched tyres of varying severity, I'm keen to find out what your experience has been when it comes to the tyres performance - especially under high performance conditions like a mountain pass, trackday, wet weather etc ?

I've been through around 5-6 different...
