anyone in Melbourne that can help retrieve SKC?

Looking for someone who has the cable for doing this. I'm looking to replace my dash cluster and can't more forward unless i can pull the SKC.

I'm having troubles using the vag tacho 3.01 cable i got from e-bay in that it tries to connect to VDO old or new but then the option to read PIN...
