The standard unit in my Mk 6 GTI (RCD-510?) doesn't provide a shuffle mode to play CD or MEDIA tracks randomly. And listening to radio can get tiresome when the "DJs" get into their banter.

I have just taken delivery of my 2013 Series 7 TDI Highline and have been very disappointed to find that I can’t connect my iPod (Classic, Touch or Shuffle) the the vehicle's sound system.
The car has a USB port, audio jack connection, two SD card slots and a CD player but no MMI connection....
