My son has picked up a 2018 MK7.5 Golf as his first car. Previously I had a 2008 Jetta from new.
Been using various forums for many years, searched for a local VW group and this showed.

Just wondering if anyone has got a res delete on their stock exhaust and has any videos of it? I have searched through heaps of posts on here but can't find anything. I'm thinking of getting it done as cheap quick mod before I start going down the path of anything major

I'm shopping for a dashcam kit, preferably front and rear.

Is there any specific model that can be recommended? Are there any VW specific dashcams that has be installed by anybody?

I also dont understand...

I have just activated light assist via obdeleven but now only appear to have high beam, only checked while in the garage.
Have tried to turn off at light settings via MMI but doesn't make any difference.
Sorry if this has been previously addressed but I have searched everywhere.

It is an essential figure especially if you are going to tow anything and yet VW dont include it in the specs .

I have searched Car reviews and they mostly say GVM not published.

Hello is there a VIN decoder that shows options?
Delivery in 2 weeks would like to check the details.
I've searched forum with no result.

i've searched and searched but i can't seem to find any definitive answers. it's currently a 1.6 at the moment. here is what i've come up with what i need so far.

- Engine, Loom & accessories etc.
- Gearbox, Driveshafts etc
- Gti cluster
- exhaust which im guessing...

Has any one here seen their engine light flashing on the dash before? It went away after a while and never came on again.
So far it's been 100km and it hasn't appeared again.

PS: I've searched on Google but couldn't really get much help on it.

Any advice would be helpful....
