Hi All, new member here. Looking to get my first VW car end of this year/early next year. Have been watching and learning for a long time but never gotten around to pulling the trigger due to finances. House is finally paid up. Looking for some fun in a hot hatch! Nice to meet you all!

I think a part of the hinge has failed on my switch. This morning when I pushed it down (off) I noticed it didn’t move in a normal ‘gate’ and sat askew afterwards.
Pulling it up also felt odd.

It still works, but is bugging me.
Is it broken- or has something popped...
