Just entered my VIN into the global (except North America region) VW website. Seems the 1.6 TDI is indeed caught up in the emissions problems as my vehicle, VW regrets to inform, will be the subject of rectification programs(s). I still love it though, and may purchase the next Tiguan IF they handle...
