Passat R36 front steering knuckle v Golf MKV R32 front steering knuckle

Hi, does anyone know if a Passat R36 front steering knuckle is interchangeable with a Golf MKV R32 front steering knuckle.
They do have different part numbers and slightly different in design but maybe they still bolt up ? I'm trying to make a BBK bolt up for R36's....

Hey All,

I am looking for a near side drive shaft (The short one) and a knuckle for a VW Golf Mk 4.
If you have a lower ball joint that would help as well. Condition is not an issue as i wanting to see about joining them to a V6 transaxle in a narrow track middy project, as such...
