How many km is too many for a Mk 7 Golf

Looking at getting the following car:

2014 Golf 90TSI
Manual
130,000km (about two thirds is highway driving)
$11,000 (may be able to negotiate a bit)

Is that too many km for that car? Lower km ones are a bit out of budget but I'm trying to toss up if it is...
