Technical question, is the B8 quattro the same engine/turbo for the 2.0T?

I presume it's a K03s or K04?

Assuming the K03 and K03s had the same wastegate actuators on 1.8T 20V transverse engines eg Golf Mk4 gti, Polo 9N3 Gti…………….. I was hoping someone might have an old OEM one of these lying around.

This thing is 80% finished... just needs an intercooler, and the computer hooked back up. Has a new clutch, brand new k03s, adaptronic computer, just needs some love to finish it off. Price negotiable...

I've got my standard K03S turbo off my Polo GTI 2006. Works perfectly, no shaft play etc. Only selling due to going to a K04.

Has done 150k kms, but majority of that was highway driving and the car was stock for the first 140k.

Asking $350.

has anyone put aftermarket cams in their mk4 golf? thinking about doing it at the same time as the k03s upgrade with a custom tune.
