Does anyone know how to have the accessories like the radio turned ON, but the headlights turned OFF?

Want to take the kids to the local drive in movies, but this cars headlights just aren't conducive of a pleasant time being turned on permanently.

I'm installing Driving lights on my Tig.
After looking though the forum's I've gather the following info which I would like checked and that I have it right for the Tig.
"XXX" 200mm HID Pencil and Driving light pair.
Wiring kit (I usually make my own...
