Recently picked up a 2015 162RS manual wagon. Absolutely love it, but am keen to make some small modifications to give it a bit more zip.

My venerable(now at 245kms) but trusty 2012 Skoda Yeti 118TSI has developed a rattle and runs roughly in the engine at Idle when it is hot and sometimes wont fire up immediatley at the turn of the ignition key.

It runs and sounds fine when it is cold....but...

I own a 2011 118tsi and have been experiencing issues with significant power loss in hot weather and after some spirited driving; Specifically with low end power which leads me to believe that the heat might be impacting the ability of the magnetic clutch of the supercharger to engage...

Seems to happen when the car gets up to operating temperature I get slight but very hot heat from the aircon vents and the only way to stop it is to turn on the cold air conditioning. Anyone seen this?

I have recently noticed that my Tig is blowing out hot/cold air, even when the heating-cooling system is turned off. It is quite irritating when you are driving and there is hot air blowing at you. So any advice? Straight to the dealer?

I left my car in today for a DSG service (oil and filter change) at 8.30 am. Went to pick up at 4pm and mechanics said they couldn't change the oil because it was still too hot from this morning. apparently is was 40 degree and needs to be under 30 degrees. surely this is nonsense? Do I have to let...
