I am in the process of fitting a Stedi light bar, easy they say, just cut the grill and bolt in the light and fit the plug and play harness, I can tell you now its an ar§e of a job.
I finally gave up with the bracket install and pulled the bumper off after googling it, getting off...

Has anyone connected a Redarc Towpro to the Tiguan? If so, which wiring harness did you use, and where is the plug?

I have the VW dealer fitted tow bar and electronics, and keen to install the redarc controller.

If all else fails, I guess will need to go to ARB or similar...

Long story short, Airbag light came on randomly the other day - took it to VW to see what was up, and they came back stating that there was a static fault in the airbag harness and would require replacement - the part being $160 and a few hours to fit it, tickling $600 in total....
