I am engineer that loves all things hands on. I do all the work on my car myself.

I have had my MY16 Core Amarok since new and have had minimal issues with it.
Modifications include:
AFN bull bar.
Pioneer 10" head unit.
Leather seats....

Just had my Mk5 R32 lowered 1" on H&R springs and will soon be ordering new wheels and tyres.

The wheels are 18x8.5+45, since this is a flush fitment would 235/40/18 tyres rub and will I need to stick with the stock 225s to clear the guards?

Greetings all, i have just recently purchased a golf r and was just wanting to know the perfect fitment without rolling guards etc. With an 18" rim any pics or recommendations on with and offset would be appreciated.

I have a mk2 with ksport coils. My plan is to buy bbs or esm wheels 15x8. Just wanted to see if ill need to roll the guards or would it be just easier to go 15x7?
