I have x3 OEM Mk4 Golf/Bora (probably fit Polo) wheels with tyres. They are in fair cosmetic condition and seem perfectly straight. The tyres have tread but they are very old and the rubber is hardened (maybe useful as spares). One wheel is missing the centre cap.

I've got the Bentley VG03 Mk4 Golf/Bora (1999-2003) Service Manual (the dead tree edition, not the CD/DVD) just lying around. It's used, but is in great condition.
I'm after $50 for it, pickup in the West Ryde or Alexandria areas.
