My brother has sold his A3 8L and has the racks and fairing off it. You can buy the fitting kits pretty cheap off thule or sometimes off gumtree for the right car.

The bars are square bars part number GL761

MK4 Roof racks
As title states, Mk4 Thule Squarebars and a proper sized fairing, all in good condition minus a bit of wear and tear and one half broken fairing clip, will come with everything you need to lock them on;
