Another Newb.

Hello everyone, I am an older guy living in Sydney. I ordered a 2015 Golf Tsi 103 Highline a few weeks ago and waiting impatiently to take delivery. The ship is due to dock in Port Kembla on the 13-7-15 and I guess it will be a week or so after that.
This will be my first Vw and downsizing a bit...

Down sizing to Tiguan....

Currently have a 2.2L Kia Platinum Sorento - goes fine but service support in Perth is poor...
We want to downsize to a Tiguan 118TS 1.4 Petrol.
Would appreciate any feedback of the history of service support for Volswagen in Perth over last few years.
