B7 original vr6 failed. Got another engine off r36. It starts but dies immidietly. Only code im getting is U100800.
Any ideas what to do?

Determining whether it is worth the $'s or whether I should just enjoy/drive it until it dies as this is my daily runabout. Mechanically mine is quite solid and feels similar to MK5/6 GTIs that I drive many years ago with much lower kms.
