Does anyone know what's the best way of using either Liqui-Moly Petrol Engine Intake Decarb or AC Delco combustion cleaner to clean the carbon off?

I am thinking to spray directly via the intake manifold sensor inlet by removing the sensor or thru the pcv valve inlet to the manifold....
