Wheel Repair - Curb Rash

Hi Folks, I took a corner too close to the curb one too many times. I'm now looking to repair some of the curb rash on my wheels. I'm running 'Dallas' model of alloy wheels for the MK7.5 GTI. Much of the damage are on the outer rim. None of the black painted parts are damaged.

OMFG as they say. My phone camera is a bit cactus, so the picture doesn't convey the full horror of what my better half has done to my four-month-old Wolfsburg rim...

Apparently she thought it was the back wheel that was hitting the curb, so she went backwards and forwards on full lock...
