Integrated Booster Seats - 2008 Passat B6

Does anyone know if/where I can buy the integrated child booster seat (option) for a 2008 Passat? Genuine, Aftermarket or Used is fine.

Also, has anyone had any luck installing one in a 2008 R36 (also have a 2008 125TDI).
