looking for a set of vw boavista rims for my polo

pm if you've got a set, located in vic but willing to pay for courier for a clean set

Just curious because i prefer the 17 Inch Boavista Rims on the previous Polo version than these hideous hubcaps, am i able to just straight swap them out without needing to change ride height?
