My 2011 Tiguan 2.0TSI (170Hp), DSG 7sp had build in MFSW and Tiptronic.
I want to retrofit Cruise Control and I found Tiguan in China use this:
5K0 953 549 B Control Module with 5K0 953 513M (or S) Cruise stalk.

This completed pack cost about 120USD.

please don't suggest eBay or gumtree both the sellers there have been out of stock for years.

Wanted RCD 510 Bosch 5K0 035 190 must have a reverse camera plug on the back.

Must be in good condition
