My car has done 180k km, does it need glow plug Replacement ?? Anyone replaced the glow plug on a b7 tdi?

Hi Guys............what is a fair cost expectation for a 2010 T5 180K service?

Has anybody been stung with the outrageous service costs for the 180K service for a MKV GTI DSG?
I have been quoted over $1400 for this service.
Is this normal or should I look elsewhere.

They are claiming that a major service of the DSG must be done at this time or else...

My T5 has a whining noise coming from the engine bay that is consistent with the rpm's ( If I give it a bit of throttle the sound gets slightly louder). I believe it may be a belt or something along those lines.

I had a look at the 180k km service and it states "elastic drive coupling...
