For those who want to watch more than just V8 Supercars and F1 I've found this YouTube channel that has all the latest videos from BTCC (British Touring Car Championship - great for plenty of racing drama) and V8 Superstars (a number of great cars - Jaguar XF, Mercedes AMG C63, Camaro, Cadillac CTS-V, Porsche Panamera, Audi RS5, BMW E93, etc)

Video quality isn't great but good enough for me to download onto the tablet to watch on the daily commute.
Also if you register on the finalgear.com forums you get access to a 'Video Offers' board that has some good car-related shows, as well as other programs that the TopGear UK trio have hosted.
The /DRIVE and /TUNED channels on YouTube are also good timewasters
