  • How long do your tyres last?

So How long are people getting out of their tyres?

My conti's have done 30k and have a fair way to go before they get to the wear bars.

I can pretty much second that.

My car just hit 6,500 thousand kms. I rotated the tyres (front to back) @ 6000 kms. The fronts were getting quite slim...

Now that i have the flash i think the dunlops wont last long.

              Michelin Pilot Exalto are next

I didn't include anything under 20,000 because given my experience with my car, the car isn't mechanically capable of wearing out tyres that fast!! lol.

But good work on doing so!

Try Pirelli, Michelin Pilot premacy didn't last long on my van under normal driving conditions.
We normally geting 50,000km from any Pirelli tyre.

Yeah they started coming with Dunlop Sport maxx's.

I changed my Conti's at 34,000km to Preceda 2's. Got my 45K service done by Seb yesterday @ 47,000 and he rotated my tyres.

Also as a side note, he said at around the time of my next service (60K) my brake pads will need changing. As I have a track day in August I may change them before that.
