Polo Classic 9N3 Rear Bumper Removal Instructions

Could someone please help me out with instructions on how-to remove the rear bumper from my '06 Polo Classic (sedan).
I want to fit a towbar, but can't get the rear bumper off.
I've found instructions for the hatchback, but unfortunately it does not apply to my sedan.

Not sure if Elsawin would have instructions.
I would appreciate if someone could check and send me the instructions.

I don't want to break or damage the bumper in trying to remove it.
