Difference between shape of boot door on a sedan and taildoor on a wagon????

Is there a difference as I want to buy a silver trim like on the saloon to cover a paint scratch on the bottom edge of the wagon taildoor. No saloons in my area so thought someone may know.

Just will be easier and cheaper than painting it
